WHAT DATA I COLLECT

- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message.

- Bookings: when you book a session through Calendly, the details you enter there (such as name, email and any information needed for the reading, like date, time and place of birth).

- Website visits: basic technical data collected by Squarespace, the platform that hosts this website (for example, IP address, browser type and pages visited).

If you book a reading for a child, the information is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

WHY I USE YOUR DATA

- To reply to your enquiries.

- To manage bookings and deliver the sessions you request.

- To keep the website secure and working properly.

I will only use your data for these purposes. I do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

LEGAL BASIS

I process your data based on your consent (when you send a message or book a session) and to carry out the service you have requested.

WHO I SHARE DATA WITH

Your data is only shared with the services needed to run the website and sessions:

- Squarespace (website hosting and contact form)

- Calendly (booking system)

- Google (email and Google Meet for online sessions)

- The payment provider used at the time of payment. I do not store your card details.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area and handle data under their own privacy policies and legal safeguards.

HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR DATA

I keep your data only for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and deliver the service, and for any period required by law.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask me at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
